How To Acquire Your Vehicle Titles
How can I get my titles? Can I have my titles shipped to me? Can I have my title sent with my transporter or Copart Delivery driver?
First, go to the Payments Due page and check the title status of your vehicles. Title Pending means it hasn’t arrived yet at the facility where the vehicle is stored, while Title Ready for Mail means it can be shipped or picked up..
The easiest option is for Copart to ship your titles to you through Fed-Ex for $20 per title or the US Postal Service for $10 per title. If you buy regularly from the same Copart facilities, you can order title shipments in bulk. You can get up to 10 titles shipped by FedEx for $20 and up to 10 titles shipped by USPS for $15.
Select the vehicles with ready titles you want shipped, then chose Mail Title near the top of the screen. Confirm the delivery address and shipping method in the popup widow and submit the information. Then pay for title mailing like you would your vehicles, fees and other services.
If you buy vehicles often, you can choose to have your titles automatically shipped for you from the Title Mailing window where you confirm your address and shipping preference. Just check the box next to “Automatically Mail My Titles To Me.”
If you use Copart Delivery or a Transporter, we can send the title with the driver for a $20 per title handling fee.
Lastly, you can pick up your titles yourself at the Copart facility where the vehicles are stored. You’ll need to pay a $20 per title handling fee. This option doesn’t require a PoA on file, but please remember our facility staff stay very busy, so you may be subject to long wait times.
