How do I log into my Member portal?
Login Credentials
Once you register for your free Guest Member account, you’ll receive your login credentials (Your Member Number & Password) at the email address you used to create your account.
If you lose or forget your login credentials, just click on the “Forgot User ID/Password,” and you’ll receive an email with your Member Number and instructions for resetting your password.
The next time you want to login, click the “Sign In” button and enter your login credentials. You’ll be taken to the Member Portal’s dashboard, where you can get updates on auctions, upcoming vehicles, Max Bids and the latest Member News.
Preference Center
The Preference Center lets you customize how Copart communicates with you. Open the Account Menu (or My Account in the Member Mobile App) by clicking on your name in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting Preferences Center. You can choose what alerts you want to receive and how you want to receive them. You can also customize what kinds of vehicles you want to buy, and the locations from which you want to buy them.
Account Settings
The Account Settings menu lets you update information like your address, email address, or change your password. You can also upload any needed documents, upgrade your account from Basic to Premier, or register to start selling vehicles with Copart. You can even change the language of Copart.com. Go to the Account Menu (or My Account in the Member Mobile App) menu at the top right of your screen and select Account Settings.
