US Shipping

How do I get my vehicle (inside U.S.)?

The last step is arranging to get your vehicle from the Copart location where it currently resides to your home or office. Be sure to arrange transportation for your vehicles quickly to avoid storage fees. Copart will hold your vehicle at no charge for up to three days, including the day on which you bought it. Storage fees may vary by Copart location.

Copart Delivery

The easiest and often fastest way to get your vehicle(s) to you is by using Copart Delivery. You’ll see an estimate on the Payments Due screen. Select the Delivery option and accept the estimate. Then you can pay for shipping just like paying for your vehicles. Your vehicles should arrive to you in a few business days within 100 miles, or up to three weeks if farther away.

Make sure your shipping information is up to date. For more information, visit the [Copart Shipping] page.

The Copart Transportation App

If you decide to use your own transporter or pick your vehicle(s) up yourself, you’ll need to download the Copart Transportation App. The Copart Transportation App is a tool designed to make the entire process of transporting vehicles paperless and as painless as possible.

Transporting Vehicles Yourself

First, schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle. It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive to late, you may lose your place in line and may be required to schedule another pickup time.

Next, when you arrive, you’ll need to mark yourself as arrived. Copart’s courteous staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck, trailer or transporter vehicle.

You can pick up your title at the same time you get your vehicle(s), but you’ll be charged a $20 service fee and may be subject to long wait times as our location staff members stay very busy. Please remember that you can't drive vehicles off Copart facilities for legal and liability reasons.

Using a Third-Party Transporter

The first time you use a transporter, you can enter their email address and Copart will send them a link to download the Copart Transportation App. Then, you’ll simply need to select them from the Payments page. Transporters will follow the same steps as if you picked up the vehicle yourself.

Copart is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party transporters, nor does it have any control over any additional fees such transporters may charge.
