The Copart Transportation App

If you decide to hire your own transporter or pick up your vehicle(s) yourself, you’ll need to download the Copart Transportation App. The App is a tool designed to make the entire process of transporting vehicles paperless and as painless as possible.

On the Payments Due page, select the vehicles you want to assign to a transporter, then choose Assign to Transporter. The first time you assign vehicles to a transporter, you’ll be asked to enter his or her email address. The transporter will then receive an email with instruction on how to use the app to retrieve the assigned vehicles.

Transporting Vehicles Yourself

First, schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle using the Transportation App. It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive to late, you may lose your place in line and may be required to schedule another pick-up time.

Next, when you arrive, you’ll need to mark yourself as arrived. Copart’s courteous staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck, trailer or transporter vehicle.

You can pick up your title at the same time you get your vehicle(s), but you’ll be charged a $20 service fee and may be subject to long wait times.

Remember, your three days of free storage includes the day you purchased the vehicle, so plan accordingly so storage fees don’t rack up.
