Vehicle Pick Up

How do I get my vehicle?

Shipping & Delivery

The last step is arranging to get your vehicle to you from the Copart location where it currently resides to your home or office. Be sure to arrange transportation for your vehicles quickly to avoid storage fees. Copart will hold your vehicle at no charge for up to three days, including the day on which you bought it. Storage fees may vary by Copart location.

Copart Delivery

The easiest and often fastest way to get your vehicle(s) to you is by using Copart Delivery. You’ll see an estimate on the Payments Due screen. Select the Delivery option and accept the estimate. Then you can pay for shipping just like paying for your vehicles. Your vehicles should arrive to you in a few business days if you are within 100 miles of the Copart location, and about two to three weeks if you are further away.

The Copart Transportation App

If you decide to use your own transporter or pick your vehicle(s) up yourself, you’ll need to download the Copart Transportation App

Transporting Vehicles Yourself

First, schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle using the Copart Transportation App. It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive to late, you may lose your place in line and may be required to schedule another pickup time.

Next, when you arrive, you’ll need to mark yourself as arrived in the app. Copart’s courteous staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck, trailer or transporter vehicle.

You can usually pick up your title at the same time you get your vehicle(s), but you’ll be charged a $30 service fee PER TITLE and may be subject to long wait times as our location staff members stay very busy. Please remember that for legal and safety reasons you cannot drive your vehicles off the lot.

Using a Third-Party Transporter

The first time you use a transporter, you can enter their email address and Copart will send them a link to download the Copart Transportation App. Then, you’ll simply need to select them from the Payments Due page. Transporters will follow the same steps as if you picked up the vehicle yourself.

Copart is not responsible for any damage caused by third-party transporters, nor does it have any control over any additional fees such transporters may charge.

International Buyers

If you are an international buyer, our Certified Resellers or Copart Lounges can assist you with shipment of your vehicle to your location. You can calculate the shipment costs on the vehicle details page using the shipment calculator (under the lot images). You can also find a Certified Reseller or a Copart Lounge operator in your region on this page and inquire within.
