Can I pick up my vehicle at a Copart location? A sublot?
Yes, you can pick up vehicles yourself at a Copart lot or sublot. You’ll need to bring a truck, trailer or transporter vehicle as vehicles cannot be driven off Copart facilities for legal and liability reasons.
First, download the Copart Transportation App and schedule an appointment to pick up your vehicle.
It’s important to be as close to on time as you can. If you arrive to late, you may lose your place in line and may be required to schedule another pickup time.
Next, when you arrive, you’ll need to mark yourself as present. Copart’s courteous staff will move the vehicle to the loading area and load it onto your truck, trailer or transporter vehicle. If you vehicle is located at a sublot, Copart will either move the vehicle to the pickup area at the main location or provide instructions for sub-lot pickup. Contact the Copart Location where the vehicle is located.
You can pick up your title at the same time you get your vehicle(s), but you’ll be charged a $30 service fee and may be subject to long wait times.
